Unlimited Lobsters, Oysters & Snow Crabs Buffet?! Review For Sunday Brunch Buffet
Food Exchange at Novotel
Looking for an indulgent and good seafood buffet in Singapore? This brunch buffet offers unlimited fresh lobsters, snow crabs, oysters, prawns, abalone, live laksa, chilli lobster and more!
What We Ordered
Grilled Oysters & Fried Selection ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10

The grilled oysters were juicy and flavourful, while the fried appetisers stayed crispy despite being on the buffet line. Great variety if you're craving something hot.
Satay Station ⭐ 8/10⭐ 8/10

Freshly grilled satay served with a rich peanut sauce!! Satays were tender and not chewy or tough despite it being in a buffet setting. Delicious hehe
Unlimited Seafood on Ice ⭐ 9.5/10⭐ 9.5/10

The seafood spread alone is worth coming for. Fresh lobsters, snow crabs, oysters, prawns and abalone were replenished constantly throughout the meal. Everything tasted fresh and naturally sweet, especially the snow crab and lobster, which were easily my favourites.
Live Laksa Station ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10

A must-visit during the buffet. The laksa broth was rich, creamy and fragrant with plenty of coconut flavour, making it the perfect comforting bowl in between all the seafood.
Chilli Lobster with Mantou ⭐ 9/10⭐ 9/10

The chilli lobster was another standout. The sauce had a delicious balance of sweetness and spice, while the fried mantou was perfect for soaking up every last bit of gravy. Slightly difficult to get the meat out but so worth the effort.
Truffle Mashed Potato ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10

Super creamy, buttery and packed with truffle aroma. Simple but incredibly addictive.
Chilli Squid ⭐ 8/10⭐ 8/10

Tender squid coated in a savoury chilli sauce with just the right amount of spice. Definitely worth grabbing when it's freshly replenished.
Pork Jowl ⭐ 9/10⭐ 9/10

One of my favourite cooked dishes. The pork jowl was incredibly juicy with beautiful layers of fat that practically melted in every bite.
Egg Benedict ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10

Creamy, rich and perfectly runny. A surprisingly well-executed brunch classic that paired nicely with the rest of the buffet spread.
Pasta, Roast Meats & More ⭐ 8/10⭐ 8/10

Besides the seafood, there was also a generous spread of creamy pasta, finger food, roast duck, crispy pork belly, fried rice and plenty of other hot dishes. There was honestly so much food that I couldn't try everything in one sitting.
DESSERTS ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10

Of course we cant forget about dessert!! They have a huge selection of cakes which was such a good sweet end to the meal. And we (of course) went for several rounds to try all the different cakes :p
Overall Thoughts
If you're a seafood lover, this brunch buffet is one of the best-value options around. The unlimited lobsters, snow crabs, oysters and abalone alone make it worthwhile, but the impressive selection of cooked dishes means there's something for everyone.
Would I return? Absolutely. But only when im suuuper hungry xD
