This was so interesting! The warm, buttery toast paired beautifully with the sweet yet slightly bitter coffee cream and creamy Hokkaido ice cream. The coffee taste in the bread is very prominent and fragrant. Take note that the portion is huge, so definitely plan to share with someone. It does get a bit rich after a while, but that's expected with something this indulgent. (PS. this is a Bishan exclusive item)

This was so good!! The mochi element gives you that satisfying chewy pull, while the waffle stays crispy on the outside with a nice cinnamon flavour. Paired with ice cream, it creates this interesting contrast of different textures (and temparatures 🤣) that work together better than you'd expect. For such a viral and unique menu item, the price tag of $8.50 feels like decent value.

They offer quite a range of flavours. The soya bean youtiao and brownie batter were both solid choices with good flavour balance. I'd skip the banana pudding though, as it tasted a bit too artificial for my liking.

Overall Thoughts

This was worth a try after constantly seeing it on my Tiktok FYP. The generous portions work well for sharing and No GST/Service charge is always a win!
