Creamy Stuffed Crust Chicken Pizza ⭐ 9/10⭐ 9/10

This completely caught me by surprise. For a pizza served at a buffet, this was so good! even better than some pizzas ive had outside. The crust was stuffed with warm, creamy cheese sauce while the chicken topping was rich, cheesy and incredibly satisfying. It's not something you'd expect at a Brazilian churrascaria, but it ended up being one of my favourite dishes of the night.
Unlimited Churrasco Meats ⭐ 9.5/10⭐ 9.5/10
The highlight of Rio Brazil has to be the endless tableside service of freshly grilled meats.
There are over 17 different cuts available, including juicy picanha, ribeye,

beef ribs, lamb ribs, smoked duck,

garlic beef, sausages, fish,

chicken wings and even steak served with melted cheese.

Every cut was carved fresh from the skewer with beautifully caramelised edges while remaining incredibly juicy and tender inside.
The picanha was easily my favourite and I honestly lost count of how many servings I had.
Buffet Sides ⭐ 8.5/10⭐ 8.5/10
Besides the meats, there's also a generous self-service buffet with fries, fried calamari

soups, mashed potatoes,
gnocchi, roasted vegetables, Brazilian black beans, salads and plenty of other hot sides. Everything paired really well with the grilled meats and gave a nice balance between each round of churrasco.

Non Meat Selections ⭐ 8/10⭐ 8/10

The Grilled Pineapple (left) is an absolute must-eat whenever it comes around. The pineapple was beautifully caramelised over the grill, making it incredibly juicy, sweet and lightly smoky. It cuts through the richness of the meats perfectly, and I definitely went back for multiple servings.
The cheese bites (right) were dangerously addictive. This was soft and chewy with a tinge of honey which made it borderline enter the dessert realm with how sweet and delicious they were. They made the perfect snack while waiting for the next skewer of meat, and even paired well with some meat options.

Overall Thoughts
If you're a meat lover, Rio Brazilian Churrascaria is definitely one of the best places to satisfy your churrasco cravings. With over 17 different cuts of meat carved fresh tableside, every round felt just as exciting as the last. The quality of the meats genuinely impressed me, especially the picanha, beef ribs and lamb, which were consistently juicy, tender and packed with smoky flavour.
Would I return? Absolutely! And I would have to come super hungry before feasting :p
